Saturday!!

Almost done with week one of my "not really a diet" diet. recently I found a friend who has similar sentiments about losing 30 pounds, so I start working out with her today. I wanted to do a cross country circuit around our school's cornfields but I forgot how to get there.


Because it is a saturday there were many games going on at our school to like lacrosse, field hockey, baseball, and softball. Many of the athlete's parents asked us for directions to various fields around campus and neither one of us knew where there were.


I don't know how much calories I actually burned but we excercised for about 3 hours, it was great!! we are doing the same tommorow for sunday. I think that i can get back on the 6:00 jogging wagon again, I just cant seem to wake up!!

I really need to start back up again

I haven't been running as much in the morning anymore and i keep promsing myself that I will but I can't get myself to wake up anymore its like I've given up. I promise that tommorow i will wake up to take a run. Gosh...

Not my best Day

I dont know why but i just cant seem to get myself to wake up early, i really want to do it tommorow. I can't just go for two day and not have suffiecient excercise. I do softball but its not really cardio.


Tommorow though we are going on a mile "fun run" plus al-rashid which is basically weight room excercise like weighted squats and planks and stuff like that, so if i run in the morning 'll get alot of excercise for the day. I just hope I don't eat as much as I did today...

Day 3

Ok so today I woke up kind of late and all I had was an apple for breakfast. I don't know how some people can only survive on 100 calories since and apples only about 65. I was starving. I hate that feeling and I was in class with my stomach grumbling away

I said I was going to wake up early to go for a jog yesterday, but I just couldn;t bring myself to do it, so I will probably do it tommorow since I have a sleep in.

Another Post!

Hey all, this is another post by muffinmiruku here


I feel like I'm doing pretty well because this is probably the farthest I ever gone with a diet, however i cant really tell how much progress im really making without oa scale to weight myself regularly so i'll just go by how well my clothes seem to fit me.


Technically i've been lowering my porportions and excercising more for almost a week (about 6 days) so but my real diet started yesterday. I hope I can lose about 40 pounds from now until the end of the school year because during summer I'll be going to japan.


What I ate today:

Breakfast

Hello World

What's up it's muffinmiruku, I finally decided I would create a blog to help me lose weight and keep my head up.


Weight: 140 ish

Goal Weight: 100 lb


This was my first day of my new lifestyle, i guess, and I've been doing 4 days of preparation start on monday. I already feel like my stomach is getting flatter and i have a short torso so it will be hard to get abs to show.


The reason why I want to lose weight, is mainly because of guys. I want guys to look at me and beg me for my number, you know stuff like that, plus I want to feel better about my self and have girls wish they were me instead of the other way around.
